Attune Medical is a private, online GP service designed for adults seeking continuity, time, and careful clinical judgement — particularly when health concerns feel ongoing, unclear, or difficult to make sense of. The service focuses on thoughtful assessment, appropriate follow-up, and coordinated care where needed, rather than rapid or transactional appointments.
Many health concerns do not begin with a clear diagnosis or a single right answer. Symptoms often overlap, change over time, and are influenced by context — including work, stress, sleep, and prior health.
Care is approached as a shared process. The role of the GP is to help make sense of the whole picture, working with you to understand what matters most, what may need investigation, and what can be monitored over time.
You will usually see the same GP, allowing decisions to be made with continuity and context. This creates space for discussion, reflection, and adjustment — rather than relying on isolated appointments.
If it becomes clear that a specific aspect of your care requires specialist input, a focused clinical question can be identified and onward referral arranged. Throughout this process, the GP remains involved in bringing together the wider picture of your health, helping ensure that care remains coordinated and aligned with your overall priorities.
Many people now explore symptoms using online tools or AI before seeking medical advice. While these can be helpful for gathering information, they do not replace clinical judgement.
Symptoms rarely exist in isolation. Their meaning depends on how they evolve, your wider health history, and your individual priorities.
Attune Medical takes a collaborative approach. Information you’ve already explored — including from AI tools — can be discussed and interpreted together. The role of the GP is to apply clinical experience, judgement, and continuity to guide decisions over time.
Attune Medical is led by Dr Nadine Farrell, a UK-trained General Practitioner with a background in acute internal medicine and general practice.
Her clinical experience spans both hospital and community care — from managing undifferentiated symptoms at first presentation to caring for patients with acute, complex, and multi-system illness. This breadth of experience informs an approach that emphasises careful clinical judgement, continuity of care, and proportionate decision-making.
Alongside clinical training, she has an academic background in medical sciences with psychology, as well as a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management. This supports an interest in how psychological, social, and behavioural factors influence health, alongside a structured understanding of healthcare systems, quality, and service delivery.
She also brings experience in medical education, leadership, and service development, contributing to a considered and systems-aware approach to care.
As Medical Director, she is responsible for clinical governance across the service, including oversight of clinical pathways, prescribing frameworks, referral processes, and safety systems. Care is delivered within clearly defined boundaries and aligned with UK professional and regulatory standards.
Her aim is to deliver calm, thorough, and considered medical care that patients can trust — combining clinical rigour with a personalised and context-aware approach.
